Mjpk109
Hi everyone, I've composed 3 pieces that I want to form a sonata with (5 or 6 pieces total) and would love some feedback. This was just for fun and I tried to be a bit more ambitious with the piano this time. I haven't decided on the order yet but any advice would be great. Thanks 🙂 https://musescore.com/user/18825136/scores/6216793 https://musescore.com/user/18825136/scores/6216804 https://musescore.com/user/18825136/scores/6216807
maestrowick
I listened to the first one. Try making the piano part more interactive. That piano grace note isn't going to happen in measure 29. Take that out. Also, fix the beaming in the bassoon part also in meas. 29. This could be the start of something awesome
Luis Hernández
I like the second and third parts much more.
PeterthePapercomPoser
It's too bad that your second movement is so short as it has the most appropriate melodic ideas for the type of harmonic style you seem to employ. Parts of your third movement remind me of Bartok. Theres also some cross relations (like the G natural against the F# in the piano) in the third movement that I'm not sure you intended to create. It just sounds wrong right there.
