Overture in E minor for String Quarter

Featured Replies

Here, after a long time, I bring you a very short and tragic overture (a try of the french overture from baroque) I've composed yesterday in a very short time.

m. 7's Gr+6 and dominant harmony hybrid is a little off to me because of the minor ninth.

nice. I like it. there is better soundfonts compatible with musescore, (personally) here is a better reference;

That massive dissonance is intentional (not mistake, but art). It has its purpose in the piece theme and its effective to remark the final resolution even more.

I agree with this. The style of this piece is super tonal and the A# and B really clash. How about this?
