Different key signatures on different staffs?

I'm currently helping my teacher to score down a guitar ensemble concerto which has 6 staves. The first five is in D major but the 6th is in A major. How do I get finale to show the different key signatures? Help would be appreciated as I'm hurrying on this one. :)

As far as I know, it can't be done, but I've never really tried. Couldn't you just keep it in D and a C# wherever it appears?

This can definitely be done. I'm not sitting in front of Finale right now so can't remember off the top of my head, but you can do exactly what you describe in just a few clicks. Just lookup "key signature" in the index of the help PDF.
