  1. The effects are going to be both difficult and costly. Do you have any background in engineering? Can you read electronics diagrams and schematics? I'm just hoping that, with the complexity of the effect you're looking to replicate, that you won't run into trouble if/when something doesn't work and it'll be difficult/impossible for you to troubleshoot it without a pretty intimate knowledge of how those things work... That said, check out: http://www.diyguitarist.com/ http://www.diystompboxes.com http://www.buildyour...com/index1.html http://skyturtle.com...-guitar-pedals/ The stompbox/effects are what you'll be interested in. I don't know what the best way to build them is - perhaps doing some individual effects, and building them each into the amp, as opposed to tyring to build a single circuit do to all your desired effects. Things like Wah, looping and delay will be more difficult than simple distortion or compression. Sounds like a cool project ... there's TONS of prebuilt DIY effects kits out there...save you the trouble of etching circuitboards and finding obscure resistors and other components. :dunno: GOOD LUCK!
