I like it quite a bit- sounds perfect for a high school production.

Just beautiful. I feel really inspired now!! Haha, I can't really fault that, but if it helps, then you're doing something right, that really made my stressful evening... unstressed again.

Have you ever thought of composing for film?

Nice happy tune. I particularly liked the bit where you modulated to a minor key (am I contradicting myself?). Not sure that it really reminds me of anything like Tolkein though. Probably because I am a big fan of the Lord of the Rings soundtracks, and Howard Shore's hobbit themes are a bit different. Your tune is very legato sounding - I was perhaps expecting something a bit less flowing... maybe with a sort of dance feel, or with more separated phrases.

loved it you are so talented and i agree with the others you should definitly think about composing for films .

Not so much a modulation as jumping straight into the minor methinks!

Very nice piece, very well played! Maybe it's the time of year, but it sounds Christmassy to me for some reason.

Very pretty, Dustin. I think it was just the perfect balance between simple and melodious - captured the Hobbit feel very adeptly. I would have liked to hear some more variety in terms of tempo and rhythm though; it felt quite static in those terms.

Enjoyable to listen to and well-suited for theatrical performance, good work! :)

It is a really good music, I'm impressed. Yes, it's perfect for soundtracks... and for solo performing too, of course! You have a big talant.
