Nathan Madsen
Nice playing and singing. :) Too bad the camera focus is a bit fuzzy, but I enjoyed the performance! Another singer I really enjoy is Keren Ann: In Your Back http://www.kerenann.com/
Hugowin
Beautiful music and album name ("Nolita"); reminds me of Jane Birkin. And while I'm at it, here's an oddball perplexingly haunting marvel of hypnotism. I warn you, it may drive you insane with questions and questionable glee. Nightscape
My favorite bands are Radiohead and Portishead: I also like Sarah McLachlan's albums 'Solace', 'Fumbling towards ecstasy' , and 'Surfacing'. There are also a number of Vangelis songs I like as well. And some Iron and Wine!

Christopher Dunn-Rankin
Anyone posted MIKA yet? The man's like the Freddie Mercury for the new millenium. His songs "Big Girl" and "Grace Kelly" are so insanely happy and catchy... EDIT: Having now watched the music video for "Grace Kelly," I have decided - MIKA is not the Freddie Mercury for the new millenium. He IS Freddie Mercury's reincarnation. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yiWsWzUgcXE
Ferkungamabooboo
Dude, i just heard this albums -- it's pretty neat. Free Jazz From Slavery by Hexlove/Faulouah. killer drone/noise/hiphop/rock music. odd but crazy

YouTube - Grace Kelly Grace Kelly rocks, but it's the only song I really like of his. The rest is "meh". If you bypass Lollipop's screaming innuendo, it's kinda nice too. But I agree, good happy music. Something we're missing nowadays.
