Seeking composer(s) for full RPG

Hello there. A while back a friend of mine posted a topic here on my behalf to find a composer for my game Sacred Earth: Bonds. I HAD selected someone but it didn't work out, so I now come here myself this time. Just to get this out of the way now. There is no pay. This game is 100% free, built off of the skills of other people and myself.

The game is a small dungeon crawling rpg. It is complete as of now, but not released due to minor details needing to be taken care of.

The kind of music I am looking for is...Well, typical game music with a mix of Orchestra and Rock. Much like the work of Sound Team JDK. The people behind the Ys and Legend of Heroes Series. If you've never heard of them, then here are some sample tracks.

Silver Will: Free file hosting by Savefile.com

Along a New Path: Free file hosting by Savefile.com

Illusionary Land, Serpentina: Free file hosting by Savefile.com

Water Prison: Free file hosting by Savefile.com

Sora no Kiseki: Free file hosting by Savefile.com

The game's tracklist is 20 Songs. I won't demand that too many of the songs be long either, aside from the obvious ones like the final battles and whatnot. 1-2 minutes is fine.

If a single person wants to do this or if people want to collaborate, then I'm fine with either. I just want to get music out of the way already, haha.

You can check my blog here: Sacred Earth: Bonds

Screen shots can be found in older updates.

...and that's all I believe. you can contact me in PM here, at Skiefort@hotmail.com, or AIM me at skiefortress. Thank you for your time.

Is the game free? And why are most of the characters underage?

The game is free. As for why most of the characters are underage, it goes hand in hand with another project of mine. Sorry if it isn't your taste, but that's the way it is.

Hey MirageV. I just saw your ad here. I know Sound Team JDK all too well... plus I've been gaming forever, especially my PC gaming experience is pretty extensive and I can list my tops if asked! Anyways. I'm apart of a project called Fuzzy Monsters, and I believe we can fulfill just what you need. If you get a chance check out some of our sound samples at MySpace.com - Fuzzy Monsters - Paris, France & Washington, DC, Washington DC - Metal / Electro / Progressive - www.myspace.com/fuzzymonsters ... We actually just posted up some revamp'd song that were made about 10 years ago, give them all a listen if you get the chance, they are all different. Shoot me an email at chrisinstone@gmail.com if you are interested or want to know more.

Any details regarding what kind(s) of compensation this project will offer or what kind(s) of rights they are seeking?

Will the composer be credited on the game (both in-game and on any materials that come with the game)?

Will this work be done under written contract, and what is the time frame for development?

There are many questions like this that need to be addressed in your post (or in follow up PMs) to help ensure a positive working experience (for both parties).

Thanks,

Nathan
