can't start new topic

I can't start new topics in any of the 'Upload Your Compositions for Analysis or Feedback' topic groups except lyrics, and I have some electronic music I want to post. Any help or explanation would be much appreciated.

We've actually just undergone a major site architecture change and are still in the process of getting everything back up and running, so bear with us for a few more days while we sort things out. You should be able to start posting normally by the end of the week or so, if all goes according to plan. :)
