Mastering is a valuable service that makes the music sound good. Any album which is released for commercial purpose has to undergo the process of mastering. This is important for the music to sound professional. Mastering is an art, which involves fine-tuning the music to make it sound more professional. Spam? Very impersonal, factual post written in under five minutes since user joined site. I thought maybe it was intended as a wiki page at first, but it looks subtle spam for that site. I listened to their samples and the difference is nothing I couldn't do myself in 10 minutes using Reaper. It's just louder, basically, so when I played them at the same volume I couldn't readily tell them apart. :dry:
