April 16, 20178 yr It's OK. Given the simple chord progression you need to do more in terms of dynamics and mix of the instruments to make it more interesting. Though it has a certain Mystery Science Theater 3000 charm about it.
May 26, 20178 yr Sounds like soundtrack material for History channel's show, "Ancient Aliens" The harmonic movement, melodic development, and stylistic moments are all effective. I'd agree that some dynamic contrast could do a lot in terms of highlighting these moments for you. Think about how you can influence the volumes similar to how a live ensemble would shape their dynamics. That would lend a lot of energy to this piece, I think. Cool work! Gustav Johnson
