An Arabian Tale
Thanks everyone for listen and the kind words!!!! I really appreciate it! The orchestra is Cinematic Studio. It's very versatile and very very easy to work with. I have to touch my mod wheel much less than other libraries I've worked with. The choir is Audio Imperia, and the ethnic instruments is East West Ra. My reverb is Valhalla, very cheap and gives a great sound. Bjarke! It's good to see you here! Thanks!

Hey Youngcomposers! Been a part of this community for years, and I'm so glad to see it's still growing! I wrote just a little adventure piece with some Celtic influences. I hope you enjoy it! Fight the Darkness & My Demons Are Smiling
Thanks everyone for the replies! J: I'm glad you liked em :]. Ya, the hissing really came out. I was going to put more syllabels that didn't include 's' at the end (nos, sus, etc) because of the hissings, but I got kind of lazy. For the second track, I'm not quite sure what I used for the ominous clicking. I was using True Strike, and it might have been in the various percussion section. Nimrodia: Christ sound? Tell me more. Sepharite: Thank you so much! Horns are ProjectSam Brass Classic. Great vst bank.

Fight the Darkness & My Demons Are Smiling
Hey guys! Two new tracks here.First one is titled Fight the Darkness. Pretty much as generic a piece as you can get. No real themes, just big fun.Second piece is titled My Demons Are Smiling. Had a blast with this one. I have two small themes in it. The beginning chromatic theme, then a basic main motif. Finally, putting the two together at the end. Let me know what you think!~Jon Fight the Darkness & My Demons Are Smiling

Rise to the occasion
oooh very cool piece. The build up in the beginning is great. Your little interlude is very sweet. Some of the notes don't feel too "connected" though. The legato needs a little work. Nice climax at the end. Gets a tad repetitive though. I would love to hear a horn or string melody rising up at the end with your harmony to give it that added push! Overall great work!

Mahra's Theme
Daniel, Lovely piece you have here. Composition is awesome. You capture such a great emotional mood in this piece. The strings are in dire need of dynamics, as the legato lines aren't working too hot. Try to fade out and in between some notes, add more or less vibrato at the climaxes (considering what your going for), tone it down at the softer sections. Try to mimic piece's you hear: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JHXUnfJIoyo#t=1m08s Listen to the dynamics and try to capture the same thing with your piece. It will take some time to tweak everything, but the product at the end would sound much better, considering also how great a composition it is. The piano sounds fantastic. Nice verb on it and the accompaniment is also really nice! Great work!
