I'm not sure what's going on, but one of the most popular features of the site: the chat bar that was at the bottom of the site. Is now gone. IS this a bug? Many people in the shoutbox -like all but 4 people- have expressed that the mysterious disappearance of the chat bar is baffling AND that it is sorely missed. Any chance it will return? Can the bug that caused it's disappearance be fixed please?

    Yes. The chatbar has been gone for quite a number of days. It feels empty and weird without seeing it there.

    The chat was down for about 3 days. It was amazing... there was an Occupy YC group in the shoutbox protesting the change. Democracy in action! :D
