January 31, 20188 yr HI, it's nice and sounds "pastoral". But I expected some counterpoint with three solo instruments. In this piece there is basically one melodic line (jumping from one instrument to another) and the other two making background. Except in some bars where the melody is harmonized in parallel voices (49-54).
January 31, 20188 yr Beautiful music! The melodic lines and orchestration is very fine and I love the dreamy atmosphere. Like Luis, I expected some counterpoint, but that does not mean that there must be counterpoint. I actually like the monophony! At some places, I hear Stravinsky's Sacre. One of your best pieces so far! Keep composing!
