Member map

Just stumbled upon this, and thought it might be cool. A map, where members can add a pin to their location - it'd be neat to see where everybody is.

Ok I just installed this, but I have yet to figure out how it works. I will probably post instructions as soon as I figure this out. There is a link in the headers called "Map". Check it out.

Argh. I hate to be a party pooper, but it won't actually work... I expect the link to be removed fairly shortly. :P

It's a pre-packaged add-on that doesn't work with the latest incarnation of vB. I suspect a member map will have to be custom coded. Luckily, I have a lot more free time nowadays, so I should be able to cook up something. Eventually. :)

Can we switch back to IPB then? :P

Hehe, I was about to scold you for blasphemy but, as Google has revealed, there is in fact a working Member Map extension out for IPB. Rats.

I tried adding myself on the map, but it apparently thinks I don't exist
