  1. Hey @Quinn, if you could export your piece as an MP3 file along with a PDF score and send those to me via direct message, that'd be ideal. I'll post each submission anonymously from my account once the deadline passes for the purposes of member voting, and I'll share the submissions (not anonymously) among the judges at that point.
  2. Tried my hand at @Ivan1791's challenge just for fun and whipped up something quickly. I think it's pretty fun! The justification for the last variation is that each beat in the right hand uses (0148) which is the "dissonant" chord's pitch class set. Enjoy!
  3. So that means that i should not put my name on the score right? Just making sure
  4. It needs a brief write-up too, a couple of sentences to note how it relates to the topic. Hopefully that can appear along with the mp3 when presented.

That's really nice! I think you chose very well where to add doble notes on the right hand to make harmony clear.

Heya I've only been taking theory for a year, so I can't provide anything technical, but I really enjoy listening to this piece. 🙂
  7. I preferred 6 weeks because it would give me some advantage. xD I can't keep composing the same piece more than 10 days, I'm the kind of guy who composes a piece after let's say 6 hours of work.
