Why 2/1? In fact you subdivide it in parts as a 4/4. Well, you can write is as you like. But is less clear.

In my scores it looks so ''CC'' ( like in Schubert's Impromptu G flat major) but (it seems to me) Musescore (or my version of this program) doesn't support this rhythm. And as a result I decided to do it like this.

This is a great piece!! As always, you surprise me... what a genius
