I discovered this site a couple weeks ago through the google search engine.

I searched "young composers" to see what sites there were for young composers. This website is awsome.

It's not 10 year old human hunting season. Do you have a permit?

I doubt his teacher is 10 years old. And yes I have a license to kill, got a problem with that?

I searched for a young-composers-forum in google a month ago and - There I was!

:w00t:

Somehow, I feel like I saw this site before I joined..... :hmmm:

No really, not a few hours.

*sigh* don't bother the kid.

Indeed. You could choose, although rarely seen ever, to simply ignore the remark or the person.

I was searching for music composition books and I came up with this which i guess it's better

I only joined recently, but I actually typed in "High school choral composers forum" on google

I think the 'composers' and 'forum' keywords are what rank you on the search engine.

I think you know, but I'm going to say (anyway) that keywords typed in on search engines are usually the words seen, most frequently, on the webpage listed on the search engine.

E.G. "young composer(s)" is repeated on this forum frequently (I'm assuming =P) so Google's webcrawler notices it and lists it higher than other pages on Google.

Page hits, and links to the site, also promote ranking on the search engines.

Hmmm...

Ah, I remember now...why I said I thought I saw the forum way before I joined...

Way back in March/April I found the site and decided I wanted to join...then I had to do something and forgot about it until July :/
