  1. I'd fix some of your levels. When the cello comes in it's extremely loud in comparison, especially with the effect in the background. I like the use of suspended chord changes, but it becomes a bit predictable when the arrival chord's extensions are so diatonic. There's a lot of potential with the pattern you've established, just be a bit more experimental.

  2. Focus a little bit on revoicing your harmonies and adding different extensions. Whenever a dominant chord was heard (generally the V7/III or V7/VI) it felt really out of place, due to the lack of tension creating by your voice leading. You'll find that focusing more on the inner voice movement will allow for more instances of the b9 or the 13th in places where it could really use a bit of variety.

  6. Really great piece! I think a whole concert program with different instruments performing short pieces like this would be really cool.
