It seems to be the best way to avoid being mistook because of the First of April is to post the announcement the day before or after. I doubt you need the intelligence of Stephen Hawking to figure that out.

Also, it seems to me large sums have been invested and Soundclick acquiring YC seems very unlikely. So why is there more than a trickle of doubt about this? =\

Unless, of course, the joke is that he posted this in the First of April to basically tell us it was an April Fool's joke when in reality it wasn't... that's sorta cruel for bad news though. And we could keep going round and round with this.

It talks about how Chopin has already paid a first 'phase' in a 'four phase payment'.

Does he get that refunded if it is shutting down?

I'm SHOCKED to see that this very helpful place is closing down...yet doubting that it will actually happen considering the fact that it's April Fool's. Stupid "holiday", ruins everything for us.

It sounds like it IS true, but then after reading comments from other people, it also sounds like someone's trying to mess with our heads. But that would be terrible!! gahhh....*sigh*
