I was just practicing music theory, and then, I decided to write something classic, and I tried to follow every rule I learned. Also, I could solve the problem "feeling incomplete" by using Cadence.

I hope you enjoy!

It does feel a bit empty. This wouldn't be a problem if there was a contrasting section, but there isn't one. The lack of motion is disconcerting and your chord inversions sonically make the piece confusing harmonically, even if they weren't intentionally static.
Score wise, you should probably think about what rests you're using, when, and how long. There seems to be no real pattern for it as it stands, and the slur from an eighth + rest is really weird. A lot you can do with this one!

Oh , does it mean my melodies are "meaningless" or something like that? I really like to learn more, to improve my harmonies.

Is there any resource for studying?

An authentic nocturne usually has an arpeggiated left hand/accompaniment part. I agree with the others that it sounds empty and lacks motion. It would serve some background purposes, though. It's also incomplete.
