July 19, 20196 yr Strange combination, but nice. I like this piece. Good counterpoint. I would have put the tuba down in the score, but I don't think it's important.

I listened to the uploaded version on Soundcloud which is posted here above, and noticed that the tuba is quite at a lower level (with regard to the violin) than it is on the original wav version on my PC. Must me a matter of conversion by Soundcloud... About the instruments' position on the score, I just followed what Finale had set up automatically, Don't know if it's right or wrong. Have a nice day, sorry not to be able to add a point to your outstanding reputation since this functionality isn't working for me… 😉

Have a nice day, sorry not to be able to add a point to your outstanding reputation since this functionality isn't working for me… 😉 I'm not sure what the word for it is, but when sounds approach certain levels, different streaming sites such as youtube, soundcloud, spotify and pandora all have different ways of compressing the levels to what they deem audible.
