So what are the results now?

It appears that Option 3 (7 votes) has won over Option 1 (6 votes). I will discuss with @Monarcheonabout next steps and hopefully we'll have a signup page soon.

Hope we will know the details soon. When will the details come around? Like estimated date?

I think you should have a run-off between 1 and 3.  Too close to pick 3 as the outright winner.

It will push the competition a bit way later though. It's possible to do both though, but that's up to the hosts

So, the day the competition starts doesn't really matter, does it?

I prefer the competition to start as early as possible

It seems like there's some controversy in how this competition should be judged. I felt like the way the summer comp. went was more than fine. There was a happy medium where all the participants could voice their opinions, as well as having dedicated members judge only.  I'm pretty busy being selfish with my own music right now lol... If we need judges, I'll do it for this one.

Who cares what the winning topic is, and don't whine about the votes no matter how close it is. Use this as a challenge for something you wouldn't normally compose

@Thatguy v2.0 the issue with that id that as one judge from the summer competition would like to enter as a participant rather than as a judge, so we would only be left with two judges which wouldnt really be that fair, and everyone wont get as much feedback

Judges have not been the same people in each contest. ... not fixed people.

Oh i see. Thanks for the clarification. I was just afraid that there would not be sufficient judges for the competition
