Hey guys! Some of you might be familiar with these pieces, as I composed them a while back and post three of the four previously; however, I did make some changes. I took some of the advice mentioned in the comments of the pieces -- such as adjusting the ranges, as well as changing a melisma or two -- and I feel that they are better for it. I kept the flute-piano combo for disdain of the midi choir. Let me know your thoughts on the pieces, as I'm still open to improving them if need be. P.S. I'm not sure if there is a way to delete your past uploads, e.g. the three airs I posted previously, but if there is, please let me know below.

Here is another air for soprano and piano, based on a text my mother wrote (which I translated as well as I could). Again, the flute is used instead of the choral patch. Here is another air for soprano and piano. Once again, the soprano voice is played by a flute (as both the range of the actual midi soprano has a more limited range and it sounds worse.) I also have the piano played by strings, as I think it sounds better. Let me know what you think! UPDATE: This piece has been changed and moved into an updated collection here ------>

Here is a piece based upon earlier motifs I had written long ago. I composed the lyrics, as well as translated them into Italian as best as I know (I think they're pretty close, if not let me know). Instead of the terrible midi choir I have, I utilized the flute voice, as it not only sounds better, but it can actually sound some of the piece's notes (the choral patch cannot hit the higher notes for some reason). I wrote this piece for a friend of mine who is an operatic soprano (she is able to hit the higher notes written). Let me know what you think! This is quite an old piece -- approximately a year old; it is relatively short and simple, and it relies primarily on the harmony, as opposed to a melody. {{I realized the continuo-parts (guitar and harpsichord) myself}} Nonetheless, I think it is a fair piece of music myself, and I thought I should share it. Let me know what you think, and do remember this is from a while ago! :)
