So here is the first track of my latest EP that is coming soon. It takes inspiration from artists such as lorn, and has a very electronic, slightly gritty/dark feel that is designed to accompany image of a similar style and set a particular tone/atmosphere. Certainly game/film music if you know what i mean, hope you enjoy and dont forget to follow and spotify:) Many thanks

I am currently making an album called RPG Series where it is all entirely from the Korg Gadget app. The series is actually dedicated to a specific game developer that specialize in role playing games. Below is Cleric Class, one of the pieces in the album. Also in the album are Assassin Class and Rare Floor..more to come. I hope you all will enjoy this one.

My second composition I've made that's longer than 2 min, feels like I can work on it a lot more, especially with the percussions and making the ending even more climactic and big. Big inspiration from games from playstation 111 C 15.mp311 C 15.mp311 C 15.mp3

I conceived this as a beautiful journey. I think it's a wonderful experience to close your eyes and let it wash over you. I noticed that when I listened to it a second and third time, the journey was slightly different each time. I'd be very interested in other people's experience of this piece.

Hey guys! I made this little diddy in Famitracker, I wanted to have it sound as faithful to the NES/Famicom as possible. Please let me know what you think! In my opinion, I'd like to have a little more original material after that second section before the intro theme reprises.

Here's something a bit different. I've always been a big fan of composing in as many mediums as I can get my hands on, and one medium that I've really been getting into over the last couple years is chiptunes. I've done quite a few that I really like but this one is probably my most well-liked so far on the website I participate in (battleofthebits.org). It's quite classical-leaning in many ways, as opposed to a lot of chiptunes which deliberately seek to sound videogame-y. I called it 'ceilidh' because it was inspired by two ceilidhs that I attended during my first week here in Glasgow. A ceilidh, to put it as simply as possible, is a traditional Scottish gathering with song and dance. To me, the term 'chiptune' is distinct from '8-bit' in that a chiptune is music that could actually be physically played on a specific music chip. To prove it, the .mp3 I have uploaded here is an actual recording that another user took of their own NES, playing the music file I had created. It also means there's not much use me uploading the source file, because it was created in FamiTracker which is not notation software.

Hello fellow composers! I'm leaving you with my newest composition - Th Ghost. It is written for piano, small string ensemble, synthesizers, and harp. I literally have no idea what I was thinking when I was writing this piece. I've never used that much dissonance or vague tonality. Partially I wanted to step back from the usual canon patterns that I tend to follow and do something unconventional. At least I've tried. It is a mostly thematic piece. I also had problems with mixing and changing dynamics/panning/EQ - I absolutely hate Logic standard pizzicato strings... Anyways, thank you for listening, and hope you enjoy this small piece just a little bit.
